Regarding the partial discharge (PD) issue, what standard is the specification of 9.4kV based on, and what is the range of PD value
Hello 1150509794, welcome to the TechForum! From what I can tell in the datasheet, the partial discharge only applies to when they were testing the electrical insulation ratings. In this instance, 9.4kV is the outcome of that test. They don’t describe to what level they discharged the converter anywhere, but it’s just an electrical insulation test. These usually don’t impact performance of the part in any particular way. Do you need this test data for documentation?
