We created 2 PCB designs using PCB BUILDER and submitted orders for 2 designs. We received a notice that the requested part was not found. Can you please help us resolve this issue? This is an urgent development tool used in prototyping.

We are unable to process an order with the generic 2532-PCB_BARE_BOARD-ND part number, that is just the part number that shows up on invoices as a placeholder.
You need to upload the specific board you need made on the PCB Builder site and click > Add to Cart
Otherwise if someone else uploads that board and wants to share the design with another person for purchase later you would click the button > Share

There must have been one step that we missed.
