What are the dimensions for the five hole snap-in pattern for this capacitor?

It looks like this capacitor is just a 2 pin style according to the datasheet. Do you have the part number of a 5 pin version you were looking for the pattern to?
The sheet for this device indicates only two pins. The part you sold me has 5
