Phonix plugs

I want to purchase a electrovoice cps2.6 mark2. I can’t find any direct info online to show what 2 connectors are on the back for the input and output. I’m hoping that someone who knows more about them can help me in placing a order. The input is pretty easy. I believe it’s a 3pole female phonix connector the part number online that I found is 1757022 mstb 2,5/3-st–5.08. The corresponding digikey part number is 277-1012-nd. The 4 pole ouput connector is a female that mates with the green square blocks with a slit in the middle that is soldered into the cps2.6 mark2. I could not find the right ev part number. The digikey part number is 277g820-nd. I seen similar looking connectors that were installed on other cps2.6 mark2 amps on ebay. I just want to make sure I’m getting the right part. I included a pic of the back of the ev amp. Thank you for checking on this for me.

Hi joeybrzozowski576,

Welcome to the TechForum.

I’m fairly sure that the output connector in your unit is the following:

  • 1708404 (DK p/n 277-13743-ND) COMBICON IPC 4 Position Terminal Block Header, Female Sockets 0.300" (7.62mm) 90°, Right Angle Through Hole

That would mate with the following:

  • 1709063 (DK p/n 277-6814-ND) COMBICON IPC 4 Position Terminal Block Plug, Male Pins 0.300" (7.62mm) 180° Free Hanging (In-Line)

Regarding the input connector, how sure are you that it is the 1757022, with a pitch of 0.200" (5.08mm)? Some images I found online do not appear to have the same frontal profile as the 1757022.

The 1757022 looks like this:

And the mate for the 1757022 looks like this (note the shape of the interface portion):

Or could it possibly be the 1840379, with a pitch of 0.138" (3.50mm)?

Or the very similar, but slightly larger 1803581, with a pitch of 0.150" (3.81mm)?
