Dear sir, please help me to find out following attached part marked images and send the full part numbers 1. VJ-6pin 2. CBAH-5 PIN 3. Hello @pottenenir, Thank you for the images. I am not able to exactly pinpoint the part with the CBA marking, but the most common item with that marking is a DC/DC converter in the SOT-25 package. It might be XC9235B1ACMR-G from Torex. [XC9235B1ACMR-G Torex Semiconductor Ltd | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | DigiKey](https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/torex-semiconductor-ltd/XC9235B1ACMR-G/10149478) I was not able to verify the other two part numbers. ---

Dear sir I would rechecked it has 6 pins. Out of 6 pins, 2 pins are not connected. Remaining out of four, VCC, GND, Output and anthoer pin is through 8K ohms grounded Please suggest me suitable IC Datasheet. ---

Hello pottenenir, I was unable to find any match to the VJ part marking, with 6 leads. Maybe Adam7 will have better luck. ---
