Checked with huntron and it is NOT an HCPL 2232.
Hello service11, welcome to the TechForum! The only thing that comes close is the HCPL 2232, from what I can tell. I tried the CA1F (or CAIF) marking, but that didn’t lead to anything. It’s also possible it is an opto-coupler like the various HCPL2232 optocouplers. If not, do you know what kind of circuit this goes into? Do you have any information on the application it’s used in?
