Does this board expose the IC’s PLIMIT pin as a pad on the board?

Welcome to DigiKey TechForum and thanks for your inquiry.

The AMP2X15 is based on TI’s TPA3110D2 Class-D IC, which includes a PLIMIT pin in its package.

Since the evaluation board does not break out that pin, it cannot be accessed or modified externally without redesigning the board.

:warning: Summary:

  • PLIMIT functionality exists within the TPA3110D2 IC.
  • Not accessible from the AMP2X15 board—no pad, pin header, or similar breakout.
