Do you have the complete pre-made cable with this connector, or the individual crimped pins/contacts to terminate it myself?

I have searched the JST Sales America website and I am unable to find any orderable part number for the PNDP-40V-Z in a cable assembly. For the associated contacts for the PNDP-40V-Z, we have the SPND-002T-C0.5 which accepts 24AWG ~ 28AWG and we also have SPND-001T-C0.5 which accepts 22AWG ~ 26AWG.
