You show 73k pcs in stock on cut tape. We need it on tape n reel but not really sure why you would have so many on cut tape so can you please physically check your inventory to confirm all your stock is on cut tape and not tape n reel. I believe your information is wrong. Please advise…

Yeah thats the problem. We put 22k pcs in cart and in cart it says backorder. I been on the phone about this issue for the last few days and they told me to submit my request on here. I don’t understand why they are being lazy and just have someone in your warehouse physically check the stock on this item. I been in this business for over 25 years and it doesn’t make sense to have 73k pcs on cut tape on this particular item.

It looks like the note regarding backorder may point to the parts being stored at an offsite location. When I add the parts to my cart, I see that there is a note at the top.

The parts are just not available for same-day shipping and that is why the parts are flagged as backorder.

I will also add that the tape and reel and cut tape parts are listed on the same page to reduce the amount of duplicate product pages for the same part. The TR or CT suffix is automatically adjusted based on the quantity ordered. If you change the quantity to 11,500 pcs, you see the breakdown is for TR and CT.

So your saying if we order 22k pcs we will get them on tape n reel ?

Yes. The part number shown in the cart is for tape and reel.

Ok I will place the order now. Hopefully we get it in a few days .

Hi,
So the order we placed today says the lead time is April 3. Can you check that and get back to us as if thats so then we need to cancel.
The 73k pcs you guys have in stock on i believe cant all be on paper tape. I think you should physically check your inventory.
