FAQ on NetVox website states that R103 dongle is required to program this and many other Netvox lorawan devices parameters using special software that may be downloaded on Netvox website. However, digikey doesn’t sell this important tool. Does anyone know where this tool may be purchased? I am on waiting list for “other” vendor (rhymes with voovio) but they have no ETA. I need tool to change device to custom sub-band. Thank you.
DigiKey is listed on NetVox website as USA dealer and you have >15 devices for sale, so I was hoping you would consider also selling the R103 programming tool for these devices.
Choovio puts me on backorder list, but they have no information on when part will be available; easily 1/2 of everything I want on their site is perpetually out of stock.
I would be more likely to adopt NetVox if you would consider selling the NetVox R103 programming tool.
The NetVox parts that we list on our site are through the MarketPlace supplier CHOOVIO. Choovio decides which parts they want to list on our site, but all parts ship directly from them.
If Choovio listed the part R103 on our site, it would also show out of stock as the inventory is based on what they have available.
