I have this IC

This is built into my Teseo CNC cutting machine.

TMS320LF2403APAGA

I need to read the control program from it and load it into a new IC of the same type.

Can you recommend a suitable software for this purpose?

We would not have anything that would read this IC.

I think the problem you’re going to find is microcontrollers in industrial equipment most often would be read protected (locked) so the firmware cannot be stolen and the machine copied.
