I am wanting to know when small quantities of this microcontroller can be purchased. I would like to purchase no more than 5x at a time. Microchip has said this device will come out Q4 of 2025, which is now. Just wondering if there is any updates on when smaller quantities can be purchased. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we would not have any information regarding the life cycle of PIC32CZ8110CA80144-V/8YX. I do see that it is in production, but when and if we normally stock it, I do not know.
Although, you can use this Inventory Request Form, to request it become a normally stock part.
