Does it has external antenna connecting port?

Firstly, the image is for reference only! But yes, ESP32-S3-DEVKITC-1U-N8R8 will have an external antenna connector.
Since ESP32-S3-DEVKITC-1U-N8R8 integrates ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-N8R8 which comes with an external antenna connector.
