Dear DigiKey Team,

I am planning to purchase the 3DMakerpro Raven Max LiDAR Scanner, Manufacturer Part No. 1300100256, DigiKey Part No. 5709-1300100256-ND, for professional 3D scanning and mapping work in India.

Before placing the order, could you please confirm the following:

  1. Is this product specifically the Raven Max (dual 12 MP camera version, non-RTK)?
  2. What exactly is included in the package? Please provide the complete list of accessories.
  3. How many batteries are included with the Raven Max?
  4. Is the battery charger/charging adapter included?
  5. What type of charger and plug is supplied? Will it work with Indian 220–240 V, 50 Hz power, or will I need a separate adapter?
  6. Is a 128 GB TF/microSD card included?
  7. Are the carrying case, cables and other standard accessories included?
  8. Is this a brand-new, factory-sealed unit supplied directly by 3DMakerpro?
  9. What is the manufacturer warranty period, and is the warranty valid for a customer in India?
  10. In case of a warranty issue, would I deal with DigiKey or directly with 3DMakerpro?
  11. Is RayStudio software included/free to use with this scanner? Are there any subscription charges or project/export limits for processing scans and exporting LAS/LAZ/E57 files?
  12. Can this specific Raven Max 1300100256 be upgraded later using 3DMakerpro’s RTK Antenna & Signal Module, or does RTK hardware have to be factory-installed at the time of purchase?
  13. The product will be imported into India. Could you please confirm the HS/HSN/Customs tariff code and country of origin that will appear on the commercial invoice?
  14. Could you confirm whether the displayed price of approximately ₹2,06,292.45 includes any Indian customs duties/GST, or whether these will be collected separately upon delivery?
  15. Are there any additional DigiKey, shipping, handling or brokerage/clearance charges apart from the displayed product price and Indian import duties/taxes?

I would appreciate it if you could confirm these details before I place the order.

Thanks for your questions. Per 3DMakerpro’s website and the Raven manual:

  1. Yes, 1300100256 is the Raven Max (dual 12 MP cameras, non-RTK).
  2. The manual’s packing list includes: scanner body with silicone protective cover, handle (battery), handle holder, D-ring mounting screw, coin driver, memory card holder, power adapter, power cables, accessories package, and manual.
  3. One battery, built into the handle.
  4. Yes, a power adapter and power cables are included.
  5. Plug type and input voltage rating are not specified. Please confirm Indian 220–240 V / 50 Hz compatibility with 3DMakerpro.
  6. Yes, a 128 GB TF card is included and comes pre-installed.
  7. A carrying case is not listed. Cables are covered in item 2. The card reader and external GPS are included only with the RTK version.
  8. DigiKey is an authorized distributor, and products are sold new. For packaging details, please check with 3DMakerpro.
  9. 3DMakerpro states a 2-year warranty. Coverage in India is not listed, so please confirm with 3DMakerpro.
  10. For problems on receipt, please contact DigiKey. For warranty service, please confirm the process with 3DMakerpro.
  11. RayStudio is free, with no subscription listed.
  12. The RTK module is installed at the factory and is exclusive to the Raven Max RTK edition. It is not sold separately, so this model cannot be upgraded later.
