What kind of quick connect/disconnect would you recommend?

all the Quick Connects and Quick Disconnect Connectors in this link will all fit the 30-01586 wire you are using, and you will need to decide what other attributes you need for your application.
Another option could be to go with Lever Nut connectors as they will have a stronger hold at the connection and are very quick to make the connection or disconnections.
You can also go with terminal bock as another form of quick connections and we have Din Rail Terminal Blocks, Plugs and Sockets Terminal Blocks, and Specialized Terminal Blocks that will work with the 30-01586 wire.
