Datasheet of WE-CMBNC 7448051804 says its rated current is 18A.
However I don’t figure out whether it is RMS or peak current.
Could you provide some information about those rated RMS and peak current?

The 18 A rating is an RMS (continuous) current at 70C ambient, not a peak current. Peak current is not specified.
If your application involves non-sinusoidal currents or high-frequency ripples, ensure the total RMS current (including all harmonics) does not exceed 18 A to avoid overheating the windings.
