Thank you for your answer! I have read this datasheet, but there is string “ Contact CML Sales (cmlmicro.com) for access to additional documentation describing the device register settings.” Have you this “additional documentation”?

As the datasheet states to contact them directly, I would suggest using cmlmicro’s Technical Portal. You will have to create an account to access the portal.
