Trying to fix the dreaded P1A15 error code on my 2012 Mitsubishi MiEV. I am utterly ignorant of electronics and am poised to buy the AD202KN (DIP) for my original module marked ISA215-HYB and my main-board number N62P30748 1/5.. Here is a close-up photo of the part: https://photos.app.goo.gl/P7H37174KLRVsZf56. Please advise.
Hi carrierbrad,
Welcome to the TechForum.
I know nothing about the 2012 Mitsubishi MiEV, much less the error code you mention, so can not advise as to whether anyone’s recommendations for possible fixes are viable or not.
Regarding the AD202KN specifically, that is an obsolete isolation amplifier made by
Analog Devices Inc. .
We do carry the AD202KNATI, made by Analog Technologies, which claims to be a drop-in replacement for the obsolete AD202KN. Whether it is suitable for your purposes or not, I can not say. This is not an inexpensive part, and can be easily damaged with improper handling, so I would consider carefully whether you, as a novice, want to order such an item.
Thanks, David, for an honest reply.
