Hi, I’m looking for a replacement component for H100-20 10.000MHZ HEC (I believe to be a crystal oscillator), MAC97A6 (M626), and Q4008L5 (albeit the front side not shown). Looking for compatible replacements for the aforementioned components. Thanks.
Hello AdinPanthers, thank you for the inquiry! We have lots of potential matches for the crystal, so we’d have to narrow down the size (length, width, height seated).
For MAC9786, I do think it’s a TRIAC. An exact match is 2156-MAC97A6-ON-ND. However, if you want immediate stock, you can also look at these potential alternates.
There is another match on our site for Q4008L5: Q4008L5-ND, this is currently constrained for supply though. Here are some potential alternates for that item.
Hi AdinPanthers,
The crystal is used to form an oscillator circuit to provide a clock for the COP940CH microcontroller. It is probably more likely that the COP is not functioning right than that the crystal is bad. However, unless you can find a new replacement for the long-obsolete COP microcontroller, you can find the code which was written for the COP for this particular application, and you have a means of programming the replacement, you are probably going to be out of luck if that chip has died. Hopefully that’s not the case.
Regarding the crystal, it is an HC-49 package. The markings likely indicate a parallel mode type with a 20pF load capacitance.
This crystal would meet those specs:
For the Q4008L5, I would specifically recommend the following:
It is the identical part except rated to handle 600V rather than just 400V.
