Hi, I’m trying to repair a Victron Phoenix battery charger. I have found that one of the Mosfets has blown. Its numbers are 1N23AH FDP8870, apparently it’s no longer manufactured. Can anyone please help me with a suitable replacement.

This is taken from a brand new Phoenix charger. They have used a different model mosfet. I guess this is an upgrade and assume these will be fine for replacement for the old one. However I’m having trouble finding these too, any help is greatly appreciated :slight_smile:

The mosfet on your board looks to be a FDP8870 and the closest alternative that I could find is IPP018N03LF2SAKSA1 from Infineon Technologies
