Hello Adam7, and thank you for your response. It is an MSI laptop, board model MS-15851 Ver 1.0. Below are 2 photos of the component locations (PQ32 and PD1 & PD2). (Ignore my amateurish rerouting of a trace haha). With the use of AI, it advised me to order parts AONR21321 mosfet, and BAT5403WE6327HTSA1 diodes. After replacing, PD2 quickly shorted again when providing power. It then told me it had provided the incorrect part number and that it should have been AONR21357. Not sure I have the correct diodes either.

The diode marked 355_31 is called 1SS355_R1_00001 from PANJIT.
Unfortunately, it’s not available on the DigiKey website, but there is a complete equivalent, 1SS355VMTE-17, marked A.
You can find it at the following link:

Awesome, thank you. Would AONR21357 be a suitable replacement for the GA2T19 mosfet? The minimum order for the AON7506 is 5000 - I don’t need that many. Thank you.

You can not replace the AONR21357.

It is P-channel mosfet

Adam7 is correct, AONR21357 is a P-channel mosfet and would not be a replacement to part GA2T19. The part marking you want to look at is 7506 which looks to be part AON7506 from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. which does have a 5000 piece minimum order quantity. We do not have an exact replacement but you can look at Adam7’s offer for part AON7508 we also have these similar options.
