To my understanding, this iron is made of 3 parts, the handle, the screw in heating element and the replaceable tip which threads onto the end of the heating element. The question is where to source the replaceable tips for this style iron. I have a few older handles and heating elements with which I’d like to replace the tip component. Thank you for any input you may have!

Hello Ryan, great on your mighty quick response! After a bit more research it seems these components are part of Apex/Weller’s PL series of irons - 7400, 7500, 7760, 7770. Many options are available and found a number of them within Digikey’s webpages, so all good news! Thank you again, Steve
