I am writing to request information and your assistance regarding the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) creation process with Infineon. I am looking to gain access to the Infineon MyICP portal to obtain the necessary documentation and resources for OPTIGA™ TPM products.
According to Infineon’s official guidelines on accessing MyICP (https://community.infineon.com/t5/Blogs/How-to-get-access-to-MyICP/ba-p/736911), accessing secure product information requires an active NDA, which typically requires approval and facilitation through an official distributor like DigiKey.
To be fully transparent, I currently have the OPTIGA™ TPM module, but I purchased it through a third-party seller on Shopee Malaysia rather than directly from an authorized channel. As I am now looking to proceed with development and require the full technical documentation available on MyICP, I am hoping DigiKey can approve and facilitate the NDA process with Infineon on my behalf.
Could you please advise on the necessary steps, requirements, or forms I need to submit to initiate this NDA creation process through DigiKey?
I am from Malaysia.I bought it form Shoppee Malaysia but sender from China.I have the receipt.

Dear Infineon Support Team / Channel Management,
I am writing to formally complain about the onboarding and NDA process for the OPTIGA™ TPM product line through your distributor, DigiKey Malaysia.
DigiKey Malaysia has failed to provide the proper application form or a standard template. Instead of managing this process efficiently, they have been requesting basic information piece-by-piece over multiple weeks, causing severe project delays.
Please provide the proper application form directly to DigiKey Malaysia and send a copy to me immediately so I can fill it out, attach it, and resolve this communication bottleneck.
The transparency is appreciated. Unfortunately, you wasted your money.
Component manufacturers typically do not support sales made via unauthorized channels, due to counterfeiting concerns. The item in question is an embedded security product however, and for such products a secure chain of production and custody is absolutely vital to the product’s purpose.
Further, this correspondence was initiated using an account registered under a gmail address, with which no prior DigiKey purchase history appears to exist. For all practical purposes, you are a ghost, a stranger, an unknown to both Infineon and DIgiKey.
Under such conditions, Infineon has no reason whatsoever to consider offering disclosure under NDA to you, nor does DigiKey have any reason to assist you in such a process.
If indeed you represent a legitimate development organization having sufficient assets to offer Infineon security against unauthorized disclosure on your part of the protected information, then correspondence from an address linked to your organization’s domain and purchasing materials through authorized channels are needful steps.
Right so what are you doing to stop counterfeiting.I will make and official complain regarding this to the Government of Malaysia.And yes it will be fun to bring dow the former best lawyer and member of parlimen son currently as minister to the court and lose him in front of malaysian
You will need to get this from “Shoppee Malaysia”, since you purchased it from them…
