I am unable to find the specific development kit that you are referring to. The only dev kits that are in our system related to TMS320C6748 are either obsolete or discontinued (click here).

TMS320C6748 DSP Development Kit and TMDSDSK6455 Developer’s Kit. However, these models are now obsolete/discontinued.

Kindly suggest suitable alternative DSP development kits with similar or better performance.

296-31074-ND is the only Similar Kit i could find.
