Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum . Are you referring to an outside coating of some sort or materials being laminated together in the production process ? Perhaps you need a material declaration report on the parts ? Please elaborate on what information you need .

It’s important to know whether the parts are laminated, especially for reliability in certain applications.
“Laminated” is a very generic term in the english language and one not often associated with electronic component engineering specifications on resistor and capacitor data sheets.
Usually far more specific terms are used in electrical/electronic engineering and if we can see those terms on datasheets for existing parts that meet your “not laminated” requirement it will help us figure out how to help you.
