I was unable to find an exact match. I first thought this was the Amphenol RJE2K1882203, but the pin stagger didn’t match your photos.
Amphenol RJE71-188-1401 DigiKey Part Number 664-RJE71-188-1401-ND. Same pin layout as your photo but slightly different housing shape.
That being said, double-check the drawings for both and their dimensions against your board before ordering.
