# Rotary Encoder Identification

Need help identifying a rotary encoder inside my Panasonic microwave. Found “J2453” stamped on the top end.

Thank you for your post.

I’m sorry, but I was not able to verify a part marking with the supplied information.

Many times, in applications like that the other identifying marks will be removed to actually prevent people from fixing items like that. They will often plan on people having to replace the entire board or sometimes the entire device.
