According to Digikey’s website the shelf life of this part is 18 months; however, I would like to know whether it has a specific expiration date.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. There is no information stating an expiration date for this product. Page 6 on the datasheet does state:

Limitations
Customers must evaluate Momentive Performance Materials products and make their
own determination as to fitness of use in their particular applications.

So using this product after the listed shelf life would be a determination the customer must make.
