Same Sky is a wide-ranging supplier of many different products, including a selection of cooling fans. One such fan is CFM-6015V-147-342-20, with a given current rating of 0.147A. Upon receipt however, some customers have noticed the fan marked as 0.132A instead. Is this an issue, a defect or a misshipment?
The 0.132A mark on this fan is its nominal operating current, while the 0.147A rating is the maximum value the fan can tolerate. Both figures are correct; the 0.132A is what the fan is designed to see, while the 0.147 is a worst-case value the fan can still tolerate.
