Same Sky USB-C Waterproof panel port

I bought this USB type-c receptacle connector. On the datasheet, manufacturer website and DigiKey description page there’s an O-Ring.
I received connector in a cut tape without it. This connector is IP67, but without the O-Ring it’s not.
Does the O-Ring comes separately?

I have reached to the supplier to see if the O-Ring is included with this. I’ll get back as soon as there is any information.
