- What is the difference between the SCS CTM051 grounding resistance measuring instrument and a precision multi-meter?
The SCS CTM051 Ground Pro Meter is a comprehensive instrument that measures the ground connection of your equipment in accordance with Grounding standard ANSI/ESD S6.1 and ANSI/ESD S20.20. Measuring ground with a digital multimeter does not comply with ANSI/ESD S20.20 because it measures resistance and not impedance.
