I pulled the schematic from the https://www.hifiengine.com.
As I understand, you are asking about replacements for the output and driver transistors.
The original part numbers appear to be obsolete.

For the 2SD313 / SB507, recommend the MJE15032 (NPN) and MJE15033 (PNP). These are modern equivalents for TO-220 audio output transistors.

For the 2SA684 / 2SC1384 pair, recommend BD139 (NPN) / BD140 (PNP). These are classic audio drivers and will be an upgrade in terms of power dissipation.
Before installing verify the pinout for all devices. Verify my work as it’s too easy to make a mistake.
