We are unable to find any details about “GZP160010S” part number, as no such part number is available in any official documentation.
Based on available information, XGZP160010S is the only valid and officially supported part number from the manufacturer. XGZP160 - CFSensor

The link you provided goes to a datasheet for the XGZP160 series and there is nothing on it about a GZP series.
