Is there any way to tell me what the serial number is for this so I can complete the RMA paperwork?
Welcome to the Forum purchasing74! I am currently chatting with BSC. They informed me there is typically a label on the back or bottom of the device with the serial number printed. Are there any labels you can spot that may indicate a serial number? Serial numbers are typically going to be unique per device.
