The packaging states:

Approximately 35 months have passed since the sealing date, exceeding the stated 24-month shelf life. The product was delivered to us in its original, unopened sealed bag.
We have observed solder balls between the component leads on the assembled PCB. Could you please clarify the following?

Are there any concerns regarding the use of this product, given that its stated shelf life has expired, even though the bag remained sealed until use?

Could the solder ball formation be related to the product having exceeded its shelf life?

How you can sale ther is a problem for shelf life how you can sale us this part ?
