We like to select the MCC’s SI2321K-TP for one of our reference design and like to have the spice models to verify the system performance. Can you please provide it for our verifications. Thank you very much!!

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I was unable to find a model and have sent a request to MCC in hopes they can provide one. I will post the information when I receive it.

Hello,
Sorry but I was not able to get a SPICE model for this part. Your best option would be to contact the manufacturer direct via their support link.
