Is there a suggested replacement for Onsemi part NCN4555MNR2G?

Welcome to the Tech Forum!

It looks like the Texas Instruments [TXS4555RGTR](https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/texas-instruments/TXS4555RGTR/2627173) and the ON Semi [FXLP4555MPX](https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/onsemi/FXLP4555MPX/2804265) have the same pinout and at least very similar electrical characteristics. I would still check them carefully to ensure compatibility with your design, but they look promising.

As an aside, we still have a large number of [NCN4555MNR2G available via out Marketplace vendor, Rochester Electronics](https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/onsemi/NCN4555MNR2G/1483248), so that is also an option. As it is obsolete, if you go that route, I would suggest getting as many as you’ll need for the life of your product.
