Where can I read the details about what happens after someone purchases the SIM card? For example, expected bandwidth, cost per gigabyte, minimum costs, contracts, and invoicing, etc.

Thank you for your quick response. The specific product I am asking about is from Airgain, which is not one of the options discussed on those pages (unless I missed it).
