The published Size / Dimension for this part on the DigiKey website is 1.043" L x 0.276" W (26.50mm x 7.00mm). In the samples we received, the second dimension measures 0.325" or 8.25mm. What is the dimension and tolerance the part should meet?

The datasheet appears to agree with the dimensions on the product page, so it wouldn’t appear to be a data entry issue.
Check the part markings to confirm that you got the correct item. We should probably ship you the right one if not, and investigate the apparent non-conformity if so. The returns page would probably be the fastest way to start the process in either case.
