Do you have a datasheet on the SPI communication with these modules?

I have found a manual for the PAN3029 chip but it in Chinese.

Hi Jeff,

I received a message from the manufacturer with the manual for the PAN3029 chip that the device uses. It is mostly in Chinese.
Attached is the manual and a google translated version it. It is far from perfect but it seems to give enough information that someone could use it to write software.
