My ECU came with the chip which marked as SPC5777CCMM03, I wonder if this chip can be replaced by SPC5777CCK3MMO3, Than you guys
While the part might be able to replace the MCU that is in your ECU, the bigger issue is writing the code to the new part. MCUs need to be programmed with a hex file that contains the necessary program. Which is normally kept by the manufacturer of the ECU.
As for this part itself, SPC5777CCK3MMO3, it can be hard to determine if your car manufacturer requested NXP to change something within the chip to make it harder to source aftermarket. For the most part only NXP and the car manufacturer of the ECU know what the difference between the commercially available MCU is and what their version of the MCU is.
