Hello,

I am an engineer at KLA in Ann Arbor, MI. I am interested in buying one of your speakers and have some questions. The purpose is to run acoustic testing for the semiconductor inspection tools.

My colleague from different team used GF0576 for precious acoustic testing, and I want similar spec but with wider frequency range ~20 kHz. So here are my question:

  1. What is GF0576 frequency range? Based on its given FRF, it seems to be ~20kHz, but spec sheet says it is 8.1 kHz
  2. Could you recommend one or two speakers that reaches 20kHz with 80~100 SPL?
  3. Please recommend one or two amplifiers that fit the speaker candidates.

The frequency range of GF0576 is 380 Hz - 8.1 kHz.

I can’t offer you options for a 20kHz speaker with an 80-100 SPL. SPL is not an attribute under the speaker category.

  2. What are the ETA of the speaker and amplifier to Ann Arbor, MI?
