Can you tell me the current rating of the VBUS and Ground Pins, also
the website states FR4 2.54mm thick but spec sheet states 0.8mm thick
which is correct?

In regard to the thickness of the board, the website and datasheet both display the .80mm (although the website shows .79mm for dimensional unit translation purposes). The 2.54mm is for the pitch between the pins, please see below snippets of each:
In regard to the current ratings, Saiko Systems has not yet made the information available. I have reached out to them to see if we can get advisement on that.

I have received a response from Saiko Systems regarding the current ratings of the pins in question. Their response is as follows:
The connector pins are rated for 5A and the power and ground pins through the breakout board will be able to support this. The signal pins are not intended to provide much current and the traces on the breakout board are thin to maintain the USB differential pairs. As such they can only support enough current to send signals, not power.
