DFRobot does not have CAD a model available for this part.
What about a 2D drawing of the PCB so I can model the mounting hole locations on the PCB?

The implication would appear to be that the mounting holes are on a rectangular grid of the dimensions highlighted. Further inference from common practice and images provided would suggest hole sizing to accommodate M3/#4 fasteners.
Documentation for product offerings from DFRobot, Sparkfun, Adafruit, Seeed, and others that primarily serve non-commercial (e.g. hobby/educational) audiences is typically less thorough than that expected of items marketed for commercial use. It is one trait by which such suppliers may be recognized.
Since such suppliers also generally do not provide change notices, lifecycle advisories, or similar information, the adoption of such materials for commercial purposes is discouraged.
