Dear DigiKey Team,

Thank you for providing **Quote redacted for 100 units of the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Module.

Following our review, we require a few additional confirmations before we can finalize our internal evaluation and proceed with the PO.

Could you please confirm the following:

  1. Please confirm that the quoted product is the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Production SOM only, and not the Developer Kit.
  2. Please confirm the exact NVIDIA Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) that will appear on the product packaging and documentation.
  3. Please confirm the Country of Origin (COO) for the specific stock/production lot that will actually be allocated to our order, rather than the possible COO of the general product family.
  4. Can you reserve/allocate the available stock while our PO is being processed? If yes, please confirm for how long the stock can be reserved.
  5. If the complete quantity of 100 units is not immediately available, please confirm:
    • Maximum quantity available for immediate shipment
    • Factory allocation/ETA for the remaining quantity
    • Proposed partial-shipment schedule
  6. Can you provide a formal manufacturer/distributor traceability statement and/or Certificate of Conformance (CoC) for the supplied units?
  7. Can the shipment be made directly from your US or European stocking location to Sharjah, UAE, without routing through an Asian reseller or third-party supplier?
  8. Please provide a clear cost breakdown showing:
    • Product cost
    • Freight/shipping charges
    • Duties/taxes, if applicable
    • Handling or other additional charges
  9. Please confirm the applicable Incoterm (DAP, DDP, FCA, EXW, etc.) and the named place/destination.
  10. Please confirm the manufacturer warranty commencement date, warranty duration, and RMA handling location/process.

Our preference remains MPN 900-13701-0050-0A0 with USA Country of Origin. If this exact MPN/COO combination cannot be supplied, please clearly identify the alternative MPN and confirmed COO of the actual units being offered.

These confirmations are important for our technical, supply-chain, and compliance review before PO approval.
