I’m looking for a substitute for a Khb4d0n80f, a mosfet on the board which is cracked in two.

I’ve looked online, but can’t seem to find anything similar.

It is for a arcade machine LCD by wells Gardner, the model is WGF3299-SIAS03J, and the power board model is YIAPSA0041D.

Hello Refurb,

Based on what I could find for specifications for KHB4D0N80F, from [alltransistors.com](http://alltransistors.com). I was able to find the options linked [HERE](https://www.digikey.com/en/products/filter/single-fets-mosfets/278?s=N4IgjCBcoGwJxVAYygMwIYBsDOBTANCAPZQDaIALGGABxwDsIAuoQA4AuUIAyuwE4BLAHYBzEAF9CAVnoAGRCBSQMOAsTIgAzPTkUELEBy69BoiYRiyYCpSryESkctrpx9bTpB79hYySEsaGzQse3UnEAAmSPpI2UZCaNiwRgMjLxNfc3A4OmDlULVHcnkmfzA3Cny7Io1oyPdDT29TP0SrIOhFENUHDRpZWQACADVmDy4AVSEBdgB5VABZXHRsAFc%2BXGyAWkj8-jXaiP1xfz2IgFsibFRcTjKgA) that may work as an alternative for you.
