Yes, the STH310N10F7-2 would be the closest we would have to this part number.

This is a reasonable substitution. However, the devices are not the same.

As a general statement, the 311 appears to have a slightly large die. This is based on the increased capacitance, increased gate charge, and increased power dissipation.

As another general statement, the OEMs allow for device variability. Unfortunately, we do not know how accommodating the design is to device variation.

We would love to know if the repair was successful.

Yeah I just ordered the right part number from Mauser, I’m not willing to take a risk with a clients device.
