Suitable substitue for Sanken SJPL-D2VL

------Question for CRH01(TE85L,Q,M) Please Put your question below------

Is the Toshiba CRH01 a suitable substitute for the Sanken SJPL-D2VL? The spec sheet is nearly identical, the only difference I can see is the Current - Reverse Leakage @ VR.

Toshiba CRH01: 10uA @200V

Sanken SJPL-D2vL: 25UA @200V

Hello, Jorojr. Welcome to TechForum!

Leakage current is almost universally an undesirable trait to be minimized in rectifier diodes like this; if the only difference between these two is the replacement part having lower leakage, I’d say you should be good to use this as a good replacement in most ordinary applications. You always want to verify crosses, but I’d be comfortable making the switch myself.
