This part is suppose to have a “gold flash” plating. The parts from my latest purchase do not look gold, they appear tin plated.

The parts you received should have a gold appearance as the P suffix indicates Gold Flash Overall.

You should look at your physical stock of this SPN02SYBN-RC part. It is either mislabelled or mis-manufactured.
Picture on your website does not match what was received, nor does the description match on the part’s datasheet linked to on your page. What was received as gold flash is the tin plate packaged (and paid for) as the gold flash version.

Reporting product not as described and checking existing stock would be part of the process of getting Customer Resolution involved in this concern.
OK - forwarded email to them along with photos of real gold shunt next to the tin plate shunts received.
