Please tell me about the surface treatment of the coil.
Is the coil surface laminated? Or is the coil exposed?
If it is laminated, please tell me the material and thickness of the laminate.

Welcome to the TechForum. While the datasheet doesn’t provide the exact dimensions you require, it does state that this device is 1mm thick. I haven’t been able to find any documentation regarding the material or possible laminate that may be on the coil. Bifilar windings typically require dielectric insulation so I think it would be logical to assume as such.
